Premesse

Il lavoro in ambito sociale e sanitario può comportare momenti difficili sia sul piano pratico sia su quello emotivo. L’aspetto che accomuna la cura attraverso la relazione di aiuto è la centralità della persona, intendendo non solo il paziente o il cliente, ma anche l’operatore e il gruppo di lavoro di cui fa parte, ovvero il corpo curante.

Obiettivi

La supervisione è uno spazio di sosta che promuove una metariflessione sul posizionamento del professionista all’interno di una situazione clinica seguita in autonomia, come co-terapeuta o membro di un equipe di lavoro. Il progetto prevede la formazione di gruppi fissi di quattro professionisti, che si incontrano per un ciclo di quattro incontri nell’arco di un anno. You are a full-time student (at least 12 points).
You applied for financial aid on time.
